The Mantra Path: An Introduction to Chanting
Discover the ancient practice of Nada Yoga—the yoga of sound—as we explore the transformative power of sacred vibration. In this experiential workshop, you'll be introduced to some of the oldest Sanskrit chants, learning both their meanings and how to practice them with confidence. While we’ll touch on the theory behind mantras and the principles of Nada Yoga, the focus will be on vocal practice, presence, and personal experience.
A companion chant book " A Little Bit of Mantras " by Lily Cushman will be referenced to support your continued journey and home practice.
