From there, we transition into a guided meditation, where words and imagery weave together to create a lush inner landscape, allowing your mind to soften and your senses to awaken.
The journey continues with a short sound immersion, enhanced by the gentle vibrations of instruments and tuning forks—calming the nervous system, deepening awareness, and restoring harmony.
