Mantra + Meditation
We’ll begin with group chanting, using simple mantras to anchor the mind and bring awareness into the body. You’ll be guided in using your voice as a steady point of focus, allowing breath, sound, and attention to align.
From there, we move into a guided meditation designed to support presence and clarity. Through simple cues, you’ll be invited to settle the nervous system, observe the mind, and deepen your awareness.
The session will close with a short sound immersion, using subtle tones and tuning forks to support relaxation and integration. These vibrations help quiet mental activity and invite a more grounded, steady state.
