Acro Yoga combines elements of acrobatics, yoga, and partner work to create a fun and engaging workout. In Acro Yoga, one partner acts as the "base" while the other, the "flyer," is lifted and supported through a series of poses and transitions. This practice builds strength, balance, flexibility, and trust between partners, while also encouraging communication and teamwork. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, Acro Yoga offers a playful and challenging way to deepen your practice and connect with others.
